The issue that I would like to address is mandatory overtime staffing. This issue must have two opposing points of view (a pro and a con). The two opposing points of view that I want to address are as follows:
1. Mandatory overtime staffing resolves the problem of workforce shortages, leading to better patient outcomes.
2. Mandatory overtime staffing is not cost-effective because health care facilities may be unable to handle the financial burden that arises from a long-term increase in labor costs.
