Strategic Plan Overview (Part A)

Write a 500 word overview describing 3 major components of your strategic plan, This description must provide information about current HR conditions and a forecast of what to do in the future. This description must align with the company’s mission and vision statements
Organize your overview like this
One paragraph identifying the first selected component of your strategic plan and identifying and discussing how HR conditions impact the selected component of the strategic plan. Also, discuss the teams’ recommendation for a course of action to achieve the strategic plan component, taking into consideration the HR conditions discussed.
One paragraph identifying the second selected component of your strategic plan and identifying and discussing how HR conditions impact the selected component of the strategic plan. Also, discuss the teams’ recommendation for a course of action to achieve the strategic plan component, taking into consideration the HR conditions discussed
One paragraph identifying the third selected component of your strategic plan and identifying and discussing how HR conditions impact the selected component of the strategic plan. Also, discuss the teams’ recommendation for a course of action to achieve the strategic plan component, taking into consideration the HR conditions discussed

Environmental Analysis Report (Part B)

Research the external and internal factors affecting the HRM planning process of your selected company such as the following:

Internal or external industry trends and economic factors
Legal and legislative issues
Internal or external technological changes
Demographic or labor trends
Social concerns, such as education, family, or sustainability factors

Write a 350- 500 word summary of your environmental analysis.
Organize your paper like this:
Two or three paragraphs identifying and explaining to company stakeholders the internal and external factors which will have the greatest influence in the planning process. Explain the reasons why these factors will have a significant influence or impact on the planning process.

Gap Analysis (Part C)

Complete the Gap Analysis Matrix, found on your student Web site. Go to the Materials tab for Week 3. You should see the matrix under the Assessment section. (Contact Tech Support if you have difficulty locating it). Using what you learned in research. Include your matrix as an addendum to your Environmental Analysis Report.

Include all three sections of this assignment in one Word document.
Write all sections in 3rd person. (See Writing Tips posted in Main Forum on how to write in 3rd person).
Format your report according to APA standards.
Use References: from any two of our three text books and from your research on your company.
Cite your references. If you used an electronic source, include the link. Make sure you use in-text citations in the body of the paper to identify any work that relies upon information from another source. Even if you have re-written researched work in your own words (paraphrased) you must cite your source. See our Free Tips posted in the Main Forum for tips on how to format your references.
